All tickets include a Friday evening meal. We encourage everyone who can to fast from meals on Saturday.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

No - please book your tickets in advance! Booking closes at midnight, 1st January 2026.

Where can I sleep on the Friday night?
answer
There are a bunch of budget hotels in Ipswich, such as Travelodge, Premier Inn and EasyHotel.
There are also a limited number of tickets including space to sleep on the floor at the venue for a small fee (make sure you select that option when you book). Bring your own bedding.

Is food included in the ticket?
answer
On Friday, you will have to source your lunch (plenty of options within walking distance, or bring a packed lunch) but we will serve pizza for dinner on Friday!
On Saturday we will be fasting together (this is optional). There will be refreshments served at various intervals at the event.

I'm not sure I can afford to come, can you help?

We've done our best to make the cost super cheap, and even cheaper if you book in early. If it's a struggle to afford it still, please speak to your church leaders who we think would love to help you.

Are you offering group discounts?
answer
Costs are already as low as they possibly can be, so we cannot offer further discounts for groups.

My plans have changed - can I get a refund?
answer
We won't be able to offer refunds for any reason, so if your plans do change we would need you to find someone to take your ticket and we can simply change the names on our booking system if you get in touch with us.

My church isn't part of Relational Mission. Can I still come?

Are the leaders of student and young adult ministries invited?
answer
Yes, leaders are welcome to come and fully take part in the Sent 2026! We're certain you will be equally encouraged and inspired for what God wants to do amongst this generation of students and young adults.
